The Adunos box and the Adunos Energy Server are online solutions to support the online billing of heated homes or distributed consumers with central heating, district heating or contracting. The system is fully configured and ready-to-use, since it does not intervene in the control of heating systems. Currently supported systems are gas heaters, oil heaters, pellet heaters, district heating, CHP, heat pumps, etc.
The Adunos-box itself is a gateway for the detailed collection of data of all sensors and actuators. First, heat consumption data is gathered from those devices that send via Open Metering Standard (OMS). This information is then transmitted via GSM / GPRS on the Adunos-energy server by using a 128-bit encryption.
